Another 1/2 lb, not bad! My goal is to lose 3 lbs this week, ambitious but if I can keep losing 1/2 lb daily, it's doable. I did last night's Cardio Fix workout, but nothing else. Also, the step challenge at work is done, and trust me when I say these shoes I'm wearing are NOT made for walking, LOL! Hopefully I'll get in a little cardio after whatever tonight's exercise is.

I may have mentioned I'm going for yet another fitness certification, this time the Personal Trainer. I've booked the exam for April 26, 2 weeks from today. I've been reviewing & trying to stuff so much in my head that I'm swimming in it. Pretty sure I'd rather do Group Fitness/Pilates instruction, but it's part of my Capstone so there you are....
142.0 lb Lost so far: 4.5 lb.    Still to go: 1.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
