Doing the elliptical at night seems to be working out ok. Did stretching after and slept well last night.1460 steps, started around 40 rpm's slowly increasing to the 50's.
148.5 lb Lost so far: 28.5 lb.    Still to go: 22.5 lb.    Diet followed 100%.
