I was so tired last night, crashed early and slept late. Tonight I did the elliptical late. Seems to be the best time to get my exercise in... I waited too long to put on a sweatshirt and got chilled. Took FOREVER to get warm once I got into bed.
151.0 lb Lost so far: 26.0 lb.    Still to go: 25.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
