Time to get back to business..Between being in this house, the ft of snow, non stop cooking I have gained back everything I lost..This time hubby says he will try to lose too.He is 325lbs 6'...Time to go workout for 20 min..
202.8 lb Lost so far: 5.2 lb.    Still to go: 22.8 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
