I have been married for 38 yrs to Mike. I have 3 grown children & 4 grandchildren, 1 great grandaughter CiCi who's 3 yrs old, & a Great Grandbaby Wyatt, who is 7 months old.. On Aug 9th 2018 I had both knees replaced due to Osteo..Now almost 5 yrs past, I'm still trying off & on to shed pounds..I home cook everything, Im a great cook, had to be on the farm with 3 kids & little money..Now I'm starting to hate cooking..lol BUT I do love to bake, I give it all away due to hubby being diabetic..he would eat all them cookies..lol lucky, I have a neighbor close by with 6 children..lol I can't bare winter love summer & swimming in the pool and my garden..I don't can food..not since, my pressure cooker full of chicken blew on the farm 30 yrs ago....Hubby comes home says "OMG it smells good in here! Whats for supper" I said get a piece of bread to sop it up..its on the ceiling...and it was!So now a friend of mine he dont have time for a garden,so I plant mine enough to share, I pick it, supply the jars & he cans alot of it & and shares with us.. it works out!
Life is good but GOD is GREAT!

How many calories??
tks so much for the advice! I do remember a time I was skipping breakfast or lunch and did lose weight more regularly..I will try that again..I dont really eat sugar ..rarely & I stay away from breads noodles..tks so very much!!

How many calories??
I'm 63, 5'2, weight 199..I'm currently doing some form of workout 4x a wk..normally I do exersizes every other day for 20-30 minutes..you know sit ups, leg lifts, arm weighs and stretches..the other days I do 20min or more on my treadmill & then do a few min on my bike..I cook clean take care of hubby and 3 dogs..I have no idea how many calories/fat I should eat..Ive tried Keto..didnt work for me, I'm trying once again to stick to 1200 calories and I do portion control..But I never seem to lose but 2 lbs..up and down yo yo..I need help!Neutral
