BMI finally in the overweight range, 29.5. I'd need to lose 20 more lbs for BMI of 25. I might get there, but for now, very happy for this major accomplishment.
136.4 lb Lost so far: 51.2 lb.    Still to go: 136.4 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
