4.2 yesterday and 4.2 to 4.5 today, maintaining cardio range for 12 mins. Must be the full rack of baby back ribs at Sonny's... LOL
154.0 lb Lost so far: 23.0 lb.    Still to go: 28.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
