Ate pancakes for breakfast and lamb at Bon Appetit and wine and nuts while watching tv and no exercise. Drove to Honeymoon Island as it was a rainy overcast day.
157.0 lb Lost so far: 20.0 lb.    Still to go: 31.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
