Chipping away the proper way. High carb low fat. But the right carbs. Fruit, veges, beans, & chicken. Lots of really sweet fruit since I've been cycling again. It keeps my motor running. Cycling at least 3 days a week after work. And drinking lots & lots of water. Especially since it's been in the 90's all week. I did have two of the most awesome homemade tamales today for breakfast. A friend brought them in and I just had to have a couple. Eating good most of the time so I can indulge from time to time. Cinco de Mayo coming up so I know there's some tasting food in my future!!!
