This is so, so fast. It's a little weird that I'm loosing weight at this pace. I'm not even exercising at all.

Or maybe that's it. When I was exercising my body was regenerating heavy muscle tissue. Now I'm not and all the gone fat is not being replaced.

Anyway I wouldn't mind a small set back. I don't want to go faster that recommended... I'm not in a hurry.
214.5 lb Lost so far: 41.2 lb.    Still to go: 27.1 lb.    Diet followed 100%.
