Yesterday was kind of a hard diet day for me. I'm sure it's related to my sad mood.

It was the first in 75 days that I felt hunger that wasn't satisfied after eating.

Anyway I controlled myself and stayed below 1500 KCals.

After the past lawless weekend I think I'm again on track. The new lowest weight testifies it...
218.7 lb Lost so far: 37.0 lb.    Still to go: 31.3 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
