Yes, it’s true, I’m a Glooton (gluten). 😆. After my surgery I got down and decided to take a break from program. What was I thinking , now I have to do these lbs all over again.
Seriously it’s OK, but what surprised me was how quickly, seamlessly, I slipped back into some old modes. I’d have thought after 8-9 months there would have been more of a fight. Wow!

Anyway, officially climbing back on this horse to the next milestone.

YF Hahaha. Thank you for leading the way!🚶🏼‍♂️ I had an ablation to remediate my AFIB. Recovery is slowly advancing. Biggest issue at present is BP is running high, and I’ve abused my sugars thanks to Halloween and my daughters big 13th BD. I expect that to come into control soon. The BP is another issue but am told it’s not uncommon for it to run high for several weeks after. So will just monitor and wait and see. Thank you for asking 👍🏻

Thank you for the support Tim and all! For now am not planning on going anywhere. This is my goal, to not only lose the weight, but maintain a long term healthy balance. Yes, that will include cheating, but not daily! 😆. Now to get this addiction to sugar back under control🥺
