Today I lost 600g.So happy to see 113 and not 114.This week I wasn’t too strict,broke my fast before my 18hr time was up.Ate also out of my fasting window 🙈im just so glad I actually lost and didn’t stay the same or gain.3.6kgs till I reach 110kgs my 1st of 4 goal weight that I set.i hope I do better and eat better this week coming.Still so proud I lost 5.8kgs so far from the starting of my journey in September.
