Today I’m so happy I lost 1.4kgs!Even though I’m on my period I still weighed myself not expecting to loose even 500g 🙈I’m so proud of myself.Small sacrifices does make a huge difference!I increased my intermittent fasting to 18hrs as I was bad the previous week.I also tried to stop eating too much junk and carbs and I logged in my foods.My goal is 110kgs end of October!I got this🥰
