End of Week 10: Today I passed the 100 Kilos barrier (220.5lb). That is pass half the way of phase 1.

This is the weight I was on during the beginning of 2008...



Fin de la semana 10: Hoy he bajado de los 100 Kilos. Ahora entro en la segunda mitad de la fase 1.

Éste es el peso que tenía a comienzos de 2008.
219.6 lb Lost so far: 36.2 lb.    Still to go: 32.2 lb.    Diet followed 100%.
