This is my weight 16/9/21 at the start of my journey to become healthy and reach my goal weight of 70kgs.
Setting myself small goals of 5-6kgs a month doing intermittent fasting and counting calories aswell.Haven’t started any exercises as yet.
263.2 lb Lost so far: 0 lb.    Still to go: 108.9 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
