I dont think my body likes lettuce!!

Note to self: cheat food, luxury food, etc. - whatever you call it, it is still an unhealthy choice full of empty calories and not helping you on this journey. Maybe it looked good, but you tasted it for a few seconds and now the fat created from it is in your body even longer - so "having to have" that cheat or luxury food means you get all the lovely body fat with it.
