What Should I do
What if you up your intake to 1200 to every other day? Seems to me your metabolism should be working in high drive since you are so young and dancing? You will gain weight if you up your calorie intake, however, it isn't about just weight, it's muscle instead of fat on you! Any chance of an eating disorder or body image issues? Have you been to your family doctor? Do you still have periods? If you are healthy then I don't see an issue.

I was bulimic for 20 years and I still hate what I see in the mirror, no matter how low I can get myself which isn't too low. I've been to countless therapists and all I seem to do is tell them about my week, we never really get to what's behind all my crap. It's like I'm supposed to know how to tell them to help me?

Do not want to see sources on homepage in app
I haven't been on for a few years and all I see now are photos of food. It used to be people needing motivation or support. Whats up with this? I don't need any recipes and sometimes the foods shown are not on my plan, so prefer not to see them. Facebook posts of insanely caloric foods would drive me crazy until I finally got most of the sources to not show. <sigh>

Hi I need some advice
You didnt ruin your life! We are all where we are supposed to be whether it is healthy or not. I hope your dr was just teying to get your attention. Sugar and flour are my downfall, cant stop once I've started, so I need to stop because I want to be healthy and off the binge/purge wagon! You can do it.

1600 calorie diet
WOW! "Nor will I take relationship advice from someone who has been divorced, or financial advice from a guy driving an old car with 240,000 miles on it. I do not buy into "Those who can't, teach."

I drive a car with 202,000 miles on it and we save a lot of money by not having a car payment. I don't understand how that is bad advice?

Most people that get divorced were happily married at one time and by your logic you would listen to them while they were happy and not divorced.

So obviously your friends are not allowed to fail? Except nutritionists fail because you think they are all rail thin and never struggle with weight, body, or food issues. Hmmm...they could be bulimic or anorexic and you don't know it....those people struggle.

I don't understand why on a website that is here to not condemn people you seem to be?
