No workouts this week but I did surf twice after work. Lots going on. Thursday night had a big dinner & lots of wine. Oh well, life is for living. I'll get back down over the next couple weeks. Still taking the test for one more month. It could have something to do with this also. clothes are fitting looser but upper body appears to be growing. Kettlebells do help!
