Weigh each morning in light weight dress and on different scale since March 1. 30 min workouts on elliptical are hopefully burning fat and creating muscle. Trying to log everything I eat which is easy now and more of a challenge when company starts arriving later this month.
159.5 lb Lost so far: 17.5 lb.    Still to go: 33.5 lb.    Diet followed 100%.
