End of Week 8.
12.4Kg (27.4lb) lost. I've been calculating my new Basal consumption for this month and it has gone from the original +2800KCal/Day to -2350Kcal/Day.
With the new estimations this month I will loose not more that 4Kg (8.8lb). That means going under 100Kg (220.5lb). Not bad at all.

12.4Kg perdidos. He estado calculando el nuevo consumo basal para este mes. He pasado de los +2800KCal/Kg iniciales a los actuales -2350KCal/Kg.
Con las nuevas estimaciones este mes no perderé más de 4Kg, lo que significa bajar de los 100Kg... No está nada mal.
228.4 lb Lost so far: 27.3 lb.    Still to go: 41.0 lb.    Diet followed 100%.
