I’ve decided to record this for transparency purposes. I was a glutton yesterday, and I paid the price. ☺️ it will take a bit to get back but I have not lost hope, I just let my guard down for a day.

248.0 lb Lost so far: 45.2 lb.    Still to go: 53.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
