Set a goal of riding 50 miles for the week. Was at 49 yesterday and picked up nearly 30 today for a total of 79 with one more day to go.

571 zone minutes beats my previous high by more than 200. 7143 calories burned??! Seems awfully generous. Still, feeling about dead now.

A Letty told us last week, "Don't quit when you're tired, quit when you're done!" I obeyed. Make it log it eat it.
265.6 lb Lost so far: 128.4 lb.    Still to go: 51.6 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

Well, if you're down 2 pounds on the scale tomorrow morning, you'll know it's accurate. My experience is that those gadgets waaaaaaaayyyyy over-estimate the burn. They're great for psychologically encouraging me to burn a higher number, but I would never rely on them to dictate how much I can eat that day. I just stick to my 1000-1200 calorie plan, and the weight steadily comes off.

JB, I absolutely agree. I think If I ate the calories fitbit says I burned, I'd gain 5 a week. Doing 1200 a day I've lost 3.6 lb per week for 35.5 weeks. That's what's been working for me.

FS set 1700 cal for me, I now brought it down to 1300, and you guys are doing 1200, good golly!😕🙃
