Slowly chopping away, and getting back into it. The nicer weather outside feels encouraging. vr boxing at night, and running in the morning helps me stay settled in my head
211.5 lb Lost so far: 28.5 lb.    Still to go: 51.5 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
