Char Gets Thin's Journal, 30 January 2014

While I'm not logging my food over here anymore, I AM logging it daily over at Calorie Count...it's just that I prefer the analysis they give you on your diet, I like knowing exactly how much calcium I'm getting, and my other nutrient counts. :) And the weight is coming off...slower than I had hoped, but down is down is down, so I'm not gonna complain. lol I'm learning how to tweak my diet, too, to improve results. So hoping to make it into the 170s next week. That will be a big moment. lol

Hope y'all are staying warm, active, healthy and OP! And keep the faith because we CAN do this! :D
181.2 lb Lost so far: 8.8 lb.    Still to go: 6.2 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
