Char Gets Thin's Journal, 25 January 2014

well, I'm still counting daily, and still logging, but not here. lol I've been using CC because it gives me more complete nutritional data...like how I've been coming up just a little bit short of my calcium intake every day, and I can't DO that, I have osteoporosis! But I still love y'all over here, so try to check in every few days. OK OK so it's been over a week. But hey, life's been busy! lol

Hope everyone is doing well. I had a loss this week, so I'm a happy camper. Had a tiny loss last week, and have been holding at that weight for almost 8 days...so I dropped my calories a bit, and voila! Losing again! YAY for a scale that goes down! lol

Wishing y'all a safe, happy, WARM and OP weekend! And keep the faith because we CAN do this! :)

WARM?? Did somebody say warm??? This is unbelievable weather. Reprieve tomorrow- 40! Then back down in the negatives! Pajama day number five! But, guess what? Overeating didn't help me stay warm. Back OP today! We CAN do this, yes!

Don't stay away too long, always nice to hear from you. I log my food elsewhere as well, but try to come back here daily to check on my friends and keep in touch. THIS site is where I find the motivation.
