hmm. I was hungry a lot on this business trip- missed a couple of meal due to travel and did not waver (no desserts, no drinks, small portions and exercise all but one morning)... and thought that I would lose more than I did. Oh well, onward. It will come off, I know it, and I am in this for the long haul.
166.6 lb Lost so far: 16.2 lb.    Still to go: 16.6 lb.    Diet followed 100%.
