Good morning folk! Back under goal which is where I want to be for maintenance . How did that happen? I earned enough activity calories yesterday to eat to full satisfaction (adequate protein, yummy carbs, controlled fats, & evening snack ) and still have a calorie deficit plus. Drank water and got in 8 hours of sleep. All the best on your own journeys! Let’s make it a sunshiny day ☀️☀️☀️☀️. In fact, I will follow this with a photo of the stunningly blue sky I saw yesterday on my walk.
