Completely fell off the wagon and spiralled. Injury, covid fears, moving, the works. 2 months later I’m back at it.
Goal is to hit 190 by aug 12th and I’m gunna crush that shit. I’m baacckk 💪🏼💪🏼💪🏼
214.3 lb Lost so far: 25.7 lb.    Still to go: 54.3 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
