This week went by so fast that I forgot to weigh in
122.4 lb Lost so far: 17.6 lb.    Still to go: 16.5 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

1157 kcal Fat: 44.52g | Prot: 49.17g | Carb: 140.82g.   Breakfast: Parmalat Fabulite Fat Free Black Cherry Yoghurt, Jungle Muesli Mixed Berries, Lifestyle Food Chia Seeds, Coffee with Skim Milk. Lunch: Grated Cheddar Cheese, Salami, Baby Spinach, Albany Low GI Wholewheat Brown Bread. Dinner: Cooked Broccoli (Fat Not Added in Cooking), Gem Squash, Chicken Thigh Meat and Skin . Snacks/Other: Lamingtons, Brownie without Icing, Ice Cream (Flavors Other Than Chocolate), Almonds , Green Tea. more...
