Had acupuncture today and my ankles adjusted very easily. Getting the weight off will help the stress on my joints. Don't ever want plantar fasciitis again!
169.5 lb Lost so far: 7.5 lb.    Still to go: 43.5 lb.    Diet followed 100%.
