Alhamdulillah, I lost another kg :D That makes it a net total of 3.5kgs since I started Atkins and its my 5th day. Not bad at all :D I just hope I lose a few kilos and dip below 60kgs insha Allah. I am sure that hard work will pay off! I need to eat regularly though, so my body knows that I am not starving. Today, I will try my best to get 3 meals in. I just had lunch- shish tawook and cucumbers. I'm going to have a smaller portion of cheese today than I normally do. I feel really thirsty on Atkins. Which is a great thing, I end up drinking more water than I normally do.
132.3 lb Lost so far: 6.6 lb.    Still to go: 0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
