My journey has been a good one even though the scale isn't showing stellar results. Good things that happened - Fat % dropped from 46.8% to 44.6% and Muscle gained from 26.1% to 27.1%.
183.6 lb Lost so far: 14.8 lb.    Still to go: 35.9 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
