Guess I’m not too surprised by zero movement since I had a couple slices of pizza last night. Even tho I ate less caps. Hopefully shows tomorrow 😁
283.8 lb Lost so far: 9.4 lb.    Still to go: 88.8 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
