Small drop, unexpected. I think I might start doing something like the 5/2 again. Accidentally had a low calorie day and then back to regular calorie day gave me a nice loss.

Went and worked out this morning. I'd forgotten how good it feels after.
144.2 lb Lost so far: 130.8 lb.    Still to go: 7.8 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
