Spinach and mushroom omelettes for me and my son yesterday. Also included halved cherry tomatoes, red onion and grated Cheddar cheese.

175.8 lb Lost so far: 1.4 lb.    Still to go: 32.8 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
