On again off again kind of week. I had several days with 6 stars, a 7 star day, and a zero star day... This is the end of week 10 and I am in need of a motivation boost.

Ideas?
160.0 lb Lost so far: 6.0 lb.    Still to go: 30.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

I’m new here, and just trying to eat healthier and lower my cholesterol. Losing 50lbs is also on my radar, but for now, I’m just trying to be more aware of what I’m eating. Stay the course and don’t be discouraged! Everyday is a new day to start over.
