calorie intake
Try incorporating avocados into your daily meal plan. They are high calorie. low fructose, and super good for you. I eat one with a dollop of hummus almost every day.

Frustration
I find that I sometimes plateau for 2 or 3 weeks and then like magic I'll drop a bunch all at once. I can't explain it, I just know it happens.
Keep doing what your doing and it will be fine. If after a couple weeks you still haven't dropped, you may want to mix up your intake a bit. If you do low cal, try moving to low fat. If you do low carb, try moving to low cal, etc... I find that sometimes I just need to let my body have the particular food I've been denying it and then my fat cells relax and let go!
Best of luck! Don't let this momentary delay frustrate you. Remember to breathe deeply!
