I think cutting back on the number of daily goals I had really helped me stay motivated. 8 daily targets made it too easy to miss one. When I miss a goal it is very de-motivating and I tend to "give up" on the rest of them. So this week I am once again staying with 6 daily goals and then giving myself a bonus for the other 2. Sort of stretch goals. I am thinking of it like a grade in school and the extra credit at the end of the test.
Last week I had one bad day. Thursday for some reason just got flushed down the toilet. But every other day was pretty good. I had 3 days of hitting all 6 goals, and 3 days of hitting 5/6 goals. Overall with my weekly step goal I accomplished 35 of my 43 gold stars.

I have officially hit my first 5lb goal and bought a new shirt to celebrate. I'll also be giving myself a pedicure to celebrate my step goals. :)
