10 days without alcohol, 7 days exercise, 5 days kick start soup diet
180.3 lb Lost so far: 8.6 lb.    Still to go: 15.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
losing 6.6 lb a week

I am one day lol how easy was it for you to eliminate alcohol think that is my biggest weight contributor day two of exercise

I am so impressed! Great work! 🔥🔥🔥🔥🔥 I’m also quite grateful that I hardly ever drink alcohol - that would be a major roadblock to weight loss for so many people. Because I rarely drink I have very low tolerance for it: 1 drink and I’m ‘merry’; 2 and I’m incoherent; 3 and I’m asleep.

I've actually not struggled without the alcohol at all. I thought I would but I've not given it any thought. My skin is clearer and my energy levels are up. 7 day kick start soup diet is over so enjoying a treat here and there but cautious not to over do it and making sure I'm still drinking lots of water and "finding my 30" daily. Curious to see what the scales will say Monday morning.
