End of week 6 start of week 7

My personal journal is full of F bombs. There was only one day last week that I hit all 8 of my daily goals. I'm tired, my depression is poking through, and I just really need to laugh. My positivity vibe is broken right now.

I am going to reduce my daily goals from 8 to 6 in hopes that if I can see more stars than minus signs I can keep myself motivated. I did hit my weekly step goal. That feels good.

Morning Stretches
Evening Stretches
<90 Carbs
5-10 minute breathing session

Week:
60,000 steps
162.0 lb Lost so far: 4.0 lb.    Still to go: 32.0 lb.    Diet followed poorly.
