OK, down one more pound. Official weigh-in at the doctor's office on Monday but I am pretty sure it will show a loss from where I was last month when I weighed in there. I know I need to establish a good workout routine but that will come.
189.0 lb Lost so far: 11.0 lb.    Still to go: 14.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
