Are you using a multi readout impedance measuring scale to get this number? Just curious.

Yes, I'm using a TANITA Body Fat Monitor/Scale TBF-560. You stand on it and it takes your weight and then measures the impedance to determine the body fat. I also have another scale from Nokia/Withing Body+ digital scale that measures your weight and body fat, but can send the info to your smartphone via WiFi.
