A friend of mine and I are both on a thyroid medication. She started taking hers at night, and suggested I try that also. With Synthroid, you shouldn't eat 1 hr after taking it, or consume dairy within 4 hrs before or after. Taking it in the morning meant no dairy at breakfast, kind of annoying. I switched to taking it at night, and have found this much better - it means I can eat dairy whenever, and that I stop eating anything after dinner. This really helps me to reduce any urge to snack.
I used to eat just two meals a day (intermittent fasting), and I would like to return to that, but haven't yet. I found I dropped weight faster, and it only took a few days to adjust my appetite. Maybe I'll go back to recording my intake, but it's kind of time consuming when you make your meals from scratch, to figure it all out.

It does take time but so worth it. Glad adjusting when you take your meds makes a difference. 😷🤗
