emotional/stressful day yesterday. it was 105 degrees so I could not go for a walk to calm down. tried reading and just laying down for about 15 minutes. that didn't work. ended up drinking wine and making bad food choices. :(
163.4 lb Lost so far: 0 lb.    Still to go: 38.4 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
