I'm sure that loss is a water weight loss. It has to be. My activity level has been low the last week, my sleep habits poor and eating habits worse. We'll see in a couple of days.
191.0 lb Lost so far: 9.0 lb.    Still to go: 16.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
