Down another 1/2 lb, and over the weekend no less - WOOT WOOT!!! Also my waist was down another 1/2" (I believe) to 31.5", and body fat is down to 36.6%, DOUBLE WOOT WOOT!!! Think I'll celebrate by buying a DVD online, but soon it'll be a new outfit, YEAH!!!
141.5 lb Lost so far: 5.0 lb.    Still to go: 0.5 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
