I actually left this app for over a year and went with Fitbit. As it is sometimes said, the proof of what works is in the results; well, for me the Fitbit app did not work very well. The net result was, I ended up increasing my weight by 4 pounds. Here I am, back again. In the midst of the coronavirus crisis April 1st, starting all over again - this just struck me - today is April fool's day, lol, starting all over on April Fool's Day let's kick it now! This is a good picture showing how mush that 4 lbs is - busting out with the gut.
192.0 lb Lost so far: 8.0 lb.    Still to go: 17.0 lb.    Diet followed poorly.
