750 calorie day and 300 calorie workout resulted in two pound loss today. Hope for a little more in the morning and then some more at the end of the day after another low cal day and workout.
253.5 lb Lost so far: 71.5 lb.    Still to go: 48.5 lb.    Diet followed 100%.
