Started at 200.1 on Monday Jan. 6. First three days followed a 16/8 fast doing keto. Last three days I have been doing a 24 hr fast or more on days not home . Still following keto. I started this while battling the flu, shingles and kidneys stones. Had one day where I felt super good. Had energy and my mental state was good. That was after my two days of 24 hr fast. I am 65 and female. I know I have that against me. Am I expecting too much? I figured it would be more slow going than before but I feel like a sloth. As far as I can tell body comp is not changing either. I figure I have not gotten into fat burning. It has not taken me this long before to start feeling and acting better.
197.4 lb Lost so far: 6.4 lb.    Still to go: 52.4 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

I'm noticing a difference too this time, although I have thyroid issues as well. I'm losing but not like I have in the past in the beginning. I figure if we stay on task, eventually the body figures it out. Adding some supplements this time to see if that helps too. Looking forward to the inflammation (systemic) going down and feeling better overall. I notice I struggle more with fog/low energy when my water intake is down. How are you doing with that?
